Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Management Trainee – Operations to join our team. This role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end functioning of our industry operations, with opportunities to work across multiple departments including logistics, procurement, and operations.
You will undergo rotational assignments across our hubs in Kerala, gaining practical experience in managing daily tasks and supporting key business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Track inventory levels, support stock movement, and assist in overall supply chain logistics.
Assist in procurement planning, vendor coordination, and follow-ups on materials.
Analyze daily operational performance, identify inefficiencies, and suggest process improvements.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support smooth daily operations.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
