What You'll Do
- Design intuitive and visually engaging web and mobile application interfaces for live products.
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into seamless user experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve product usability.
- Maintain consistency across products by following and contributing to design systems and UI guidelines.
- Work with engineering teams during implementation to ensure design accuracy and a smooth user experience.
- Identify usability issues and proactively suggest design improvements based on user behavior and product goals.
- Manage multiple design tasks and projects while meeting timelines and quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, colour theory, layout, accessibility, and usability principles.
- Proficiency in Figma for designing interfaces, prototyping, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects, including research, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and problem-solving approach.
- Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and developer handoff processes.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or frontend development concepts is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
