Circle is a boutique 10-room hotel in Anjuna with a natural pool, padel court, bar, and a small F&B operation. We’re looking for someone experienced who can own procurement and basic accounting entries with accuracy and consistency.

About the Role
We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Accounts & Store Inventory Manager to join our boutique hotel and restaurant in Anjuna. This role combines bookkeeping support with day-to-day procurement for our hotel and restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate bookkeeping records — bill collection, organizing, and data entry into accounting software (Tally)
- Coordinating with our accountant on data entry, discrepancies, and filings
- Maintaining purchase logs and stock records
- Supporting month-end reconciliations and checks
- Coordinating and placing orders for F&B, housekeeping, and operational supplies
- Managing vendor relationships and coordinating pricing
- Verifying deliveries against orders before bill processing
- Ensuring purchase and billing processes are followed accurately and on time
Requirements:
- Comfortable with accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks or similar) and basic bookkeeping
- Prior experience in hotel/restaurant accounts or procurement preferred
- Understanding of purchase cycles, stock records, and vendor coordination
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Goa-based or willing to relocate
