- Handle customer interaction and understand vehicle concerns
- Create job cards and provide cost estimates
- Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely delivery
- Update customers on repair status
- Upsell services and maintain CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma / BE (Automobile/Mechanical)
- 2–6 years experience in Automobile service center
- Communication skills
Pay: ₹20,270.09 - ₹35,832.60 per month
