Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive / Customer Relationship Executive to generate sales opportunities, engage with prospective customers, and build long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in inside sales, telecalling, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls.
- Follow up with customer enquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth order processing.
- Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product information.
- Prepare quotations and follow up until order closure.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Relationship, Tele Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in the Steel, Construction Materials, Manufacturing, or E-Commerce industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
