Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can independently lead social media strategy, content calendars, client communication, campaign planning, creative coordination, influencer collaboration, reporting, and digital growth support for multiple client brands. The candidate should be able to take ownership of client accounts and guide the internal creative team with clear direction.
Key Responsibilities
· Independently plan and manage monthly social media calendars for multiple clients.
· Create content strategies for different industries, audiences, and brand objectives.
· Plan static posts, reels, carousels, stories, campaigns, festive posts, topical posts, engagement posts, and promotional content.
· Define content buckets such as educational, promotional, testimonial, trust-building, topical, festive, engagement, and sales-focused content.
· Prepare campaign ideas for launches, offers, awareness, lead generation, events, seasonal campaigns, and brand growth.
· Review captions, hooks, CTAs, hashtags, creative concepts, reel scripts, and content directions.
· Manage client communication for content requirements, approvals, feedback, reports, and campaign discussions.
· Prepare clear briefs for graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and performance marketers.
· Review creative output before client sharing or posting.
· Coordinate with the performance marketing team for ad creatives, campaign messaging, and basic campaign reporting.
· Understand basic Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign objectives, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPM, reach, impressions, engagement rate, and conversions.
· Suggest improvements in content, campaigns, landing pages, CTAs, and overall digital presence.
· Prepare or review monthly performance reports and explain insights clearly.
· Conduct competitor analysis and suggest better positioning/content ideas.
· Manage influencer collaboration strategy, influencer shortlisting, outreach, basic negotiation, campaign briefs, deliverable tracking, and reporting.
· Build and maintain influencer databases for different client categories.
· Use AI tools for faster research, ideation, campaign planning, reporting, captions, scripts, and strategy documents.
· Help build internal systems, templates, calendar formats, reporting structures, and client communication processes.
Required Skills
· Minimum 3-4 years of compulsory agency experience.
· Strong experience handling multiple client accounts.
· Ability to independently create content strategies and monthly calendars.
· Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and platform-specific content formats.
· Good understanding of digital marketing, content funnels, lead generation, campaign objectives, and basic paid campaign metrics.
· Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
· Strong client communication and account handling ability.
· Ability to brief and manage designers, video editors, content writers, and performance marketers.
· Strong understanding of influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
· Ability to evaluate influencer profiles based on niche, audience, engagement, location, content quality, fake followers, and brand fit.
· Good reporting and analytics understanding.
· Strong written and verbal communication.
· Strong ownership, follow-up, deadline management, and problem-solving ability.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup and marketing agency environment.
· Comfortable working full-time on-site in Alwar.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
