About the Role
Honey Makhija Rice Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and energetic HR Recruiter to build high-performing teams across our businesses. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and onboarding candidates for multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, colleges, and local networks.
- Post job openings and manage applications.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Follow up with candidates until joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
- Work closely with business heads to understand manpower requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident in calling and interviewing candidates.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email).
- Ability to work independently and achieve hiring targets.
- Previous recruitment experience is preferred but motivated freshers may also apply.
