Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Customer Engagement Manager to manage the complete customer lifecycle — from pre-sales engagement to post-deployment success. The role involves working closely with clients, internal technical teams, and operations to ensure smooth onboarding, high product adoption, and long-term customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations aligned with customer needs.
- Support business conversion through effective client engagement.
Post-Sales Responsibilities
Pre-Deployment
- Raise invoices after order confirmation.
- Gather and document client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal IT and procurement teams for product readiness.
- Manage delivery coordination and deployment planning.
- Schedule onboarding and deployment dates with clients.
- Conduct product onboarding and training sessions.
- Prepare and maintain deployment documentation including:
o Delivery Challan
o Deployment Checklist
o Training Completion Reports
Post-Deployment
- Follow up with clients for payment closures.
- Ensure successful product adoption and ongoing engagement.
- Monitor usage and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for issue resolution.
- Coordinate internally to resolve service or product concerns.
- Manage subscription and license renewals.

- Basic understanding of technology products (SaaS/VR/IT solutions preferred)

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science Engineering, or related field
- Experience in Customer Success / Account Management / Operations
- Exposure to product deployments or client onboarding
- Experience in healthcare tech or immersive technology is a plus
- Have knowledge in MS Office Suites
