Crazy Holidays is a leading educational travel company specializing in school tours, experiential learning programs, industrial visits, and student expeditions across India.
Role Responsibilities:
- Monitor and reconcile online payment transactions.
- Track successful, failed, pending, and refunded payments.
- Coordinate with customers, banks, and payment gateway partners for issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate payment records and generate reports.
- Support finance and operations teams in ensuring smooth payment processing.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of payment gateways and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
