Job Title: Pharma Picker (Pharma Experience compulsory)
A Picker in a pharma warehouse is responsible for accurately selecting, handling, and preparing medicines and healthcare products based on orders from hospitals, distributors, and medical stores. The role requires attention to detail, basic knowledge of medicines, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick medicines and pharmaceutical products as per order sheets/invoices
- Ensure correct batch number, expiry date, and quantity while picking
- Follow FIFO (First In First Out) / FEFO (First Expiry First Out) methods
- Cross-check items before handing them over for packing
- Maintain proper labeling and avoid any mix-up of medicines
- Handle products carefully to avoid damage or contamination
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per pharma standards
- Coordinate with packers, supervisors, and inventory team
- Report damaged, expired, or missing products to the supervisor
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
