Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Conversion
- Contact and follow up with customer inquiries and leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Provide product information, quotations, and offers.
- Ensure timely follow-up until order closure.
- Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through calls and referrals.
- Re-engage inactive and existing customers.
- Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with Accounts, Dispatch, and Service teams for smooth order execution.
- Update CRM/ERP with customer interactions and sales status.
- Prepare daily sales and follow-up reports.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
