ob Title: Cartridge Manufacturing Technician / Operator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cartridge Manufacturing Technician to assemble, refill, test, and package printer cartridges while maintaining high quality standards and following safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and manufacture toner and ink cartridges according to company specifications.
- Refill, clean, and refurbish used cartridges where applicable.
- Inspect cartridges for defects and perform quality control checks.
- Operate manufacturing and testing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials, toner powder, and other components.
- Label, package, and prepare finished products for dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Record production data and report any quality or equipment issues.
- Follow company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with inventory management of production materials.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in cartridge manufacturing, assembly, or a similar production environment (preferred).
- Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
- Basic record-keeping and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with toner or ink cartridge assembly and testing.
- Knowledge of quality assurance procedures.
- Familiarity with production machinery and hand tools.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
