Job Summary:
My Mentor is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Spoken English Trainer to train students in communication skills, fluency, and confidence. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about teaching and want to build a career in training, soft skills, and education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging Spoken English and communication classes
- Train students in fluency, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary
- Use interactive techniques such as role plays, group discussions, and presentations
- Help students improve confidence in speaking and public interaction
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Prepare basic lesson plans and training materials
- Support students in interview preparation and personality development
- Maintain student attendance and performance records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (English background preferred)
- Strong spoken and written English skills
- Good communication and presentation abilities
- Basic knowledge of grammar and sentence structure
- Confidence in handling a classroom or group
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students

Salary:
