Position: Production Supervisor
Location: Dholka, Ahmedabad
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 (Depends on Interview & Experience)
Experience: 2 – 3 Years
Required Skills:
* Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor
* Ensure proper maintenance of production records and batch manufacturing records
* Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Ensure production schedules are completed on time
* Maintain product quality and regulatory compliance
* Train, guide, and evaluate production staff
* Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / BSc / MSc / Pharmacy / Life Sciences
* 2–3 years of manufacturing experience (preferred medical device/pharma)
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Knowledge of production planning & process control
