Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for smooth audit execution.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
- Monitor internal financial controls and recommend process improvements.
- Supervise junior accounting staff and review vendor payments and contracts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- CA (Inter) will be preferred.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, and statutory compliance.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP and Zoho Books.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with accuracy.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
