Job Summary
UK International London Beauty School (UKIBS) is looking for an experienced and dynamic Academy Manager to lead and manage the overall operations of our Patna branch. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, team management, sales, and operational skills with the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the academy while driving business growth and maintaining excellent student experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations and administration of the academy.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales, academic, and support teams.
- Ensure achievement of admission and revenue targets.
- Monitor student admissions, counselling, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with trainers to ensure smooth execution of classes and practical sessions.
- Handle student queries, escalations, and parent interactions professionally.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities to increase admissions.
- Coordinate with the Head Office for operational and administrative requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good knowledge of sales operations and customer relationship management.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and daily branch operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 4–8 years of experience in Branch Operations, Academy Management, Centre Management, or Educational Institute Management.
- Experience in the EdTech, Education, Beauty & Wellness, or Training industry will be preferred.
- Proven experience in team handling and achieving business targets.
