Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage walk-in customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable two-wheeler models and accessories.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, financing options, insurance, exchange offers, and ongoing promotions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test ride coordination.
- Generate and convert sales leads through walk-ins, telecalling, digital enquiries, and field activities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers until closure.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Upsell accessories, extended warranty, and value-added services wherever applicable.
- Maintain accurate customer information and update CRM systems regularly.
- Participate in showroom events, promotional campaigns, roadshows, and local marketing activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and other assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Gather customer feedback and address concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and product display.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
