Job Title: Business Development Executive
Requirements:
6 Months to 1 Year experience in Ed-tech industry
Graduation is Mandatory
Looking for Excellent communication
6 Days of working ( Sunday fixed off)
Salary : 50,000 - 55,000 per month

We are hiring only candidates with prior experience in EdTech Sales / Academic Counseling + Selling Courses / Admission Counselling. candidates from other domains are requested not to apply. Teaching , Academic coordination etc are not relevant.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online platforms for online degree & certification programs.
- Guide students and working professionals in choosing the right program based on their career goals.
- Explain program benefits, university partnerships, career opportunities, and flexible learning options.
- Handle the complete admission process from lead generation to enrollment and fee closure.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to drive conversions and ensure a smooth admission journey.
- Achieve monthly sales/admission targets while maintaining good student experience.
- Update lead status and student interactions regularly in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve lead quality and student support.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
