We are looking for a smart, organized, and professional Receptionist cum Admin Executive for our Chartered Accountancy firm. The candidate will be responsible for front office management, client coordination, administrative support, office communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
- Schedule appointments
- Handle inward and outward document dispatch
- Assist management in day-to-day administrative activities
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
- Proficiency in AI tools
- Prior experience in a CA office or professional firm will be an added advantage.
Salary as per industry standards and will be based on qualification, experience, and performance.
