Job Description – Commis I / Commis II / Chef de Partie (CDP) – Kerala & Continental Cuisine Position: Commis I / Commis II / Chef de Partie (CDP) Department: Kitchen Cuisine: Kerala & Continental Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in Kerala and Continental cuisine, preferably in a hotel or resort. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook Kerala and Continental dishes according to standard recipes. Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all food served. Assist in daily mise en place and food preparation. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen. Monitor food quality and proper storage of ingredients. Minimize food wastage and follow portion control standards. Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations. Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly. Follow instructions from the Sous Chef/Executive Chef and perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Kerala and Continental cuisine. Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen hygiene. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Language Skills: English – Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management/Culinary Arts is an added advantage. Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
