Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Account Manager who can independently manage all e-commerce marketplace accounts and the company website.
The candidate will be responsible for product listing, catalogue management, inventory management, price updates, bulk uploads through Excel, order processing, dispatch coordination, return and cancellation handling, claims, penalties, account health, advertisements, promotions, payment settlement reconciliation, sales reports and marketplace support tickets.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of e-commerce experience.
Good knowledge of e-commerce seller panels.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and bulk listing sheets.
Experience in garments, fashion or apparel will be preferred.
Candidate must be able to manage accounts independently.
Candidate must come to the Nihal Vihar office daily.
