Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers through phone calls and field visits regarding overdue payments. Follow up on pending EMIs, loan installments, and other outstanding amounts. Educate customers about repayment schedules and available payment options. Negotiate repayment plans with customers when required. Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions. Coordinate with branch staff and management regarding recovery status. Ensure all collection activities comply with bank policies and regulations. Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
