Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Officer to lead sales growth, customer acquisition, and brand development for our home décor materials business. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, developing client relationships, managing marketing activities, and achieving sales targets across architects, interior designers, contractors, dealers, and direct customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the home décor and interior materials market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, dealers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Coordinate with operations and supply teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate Sales reports and CRM records.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and brand visibility.
- Develop strategies for digital marketing, social media promotion, and lead generation.
- Coordinate branding activities, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Create marketing materials including brochures, catalogues, presentations, and advertisements.
- Build partnerships with business professionals and business associates.
- Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and customer demands.
- Enhance customer engagement and brand awareness through online and offline marketing initiatives.
Required Skills

- Knowledge of home décor materials, interior products, or building materials industry preferred.

Qualification & Experience
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in home décor, interior, construction, or building materials industry.
