Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Branding & Market Development
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to strengthen our brand presence and market reach in the Ludhiana region. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Bath Fittings and Sanitary Ware industry, possess strong product knowledge, and be capable of developing relationships with dealers, plumbers, architects, and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive branding and market development initiatives across the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, builders, contractors, and plumbers.
- Plan and execute plumber meets, dealer engagement programs, product awareness campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Increase brand visibility and product awareness in the market.
- Promote the company's range of faucets, sanitary ware, and bath fitting products.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the existing dealer network.
- Conduct market visits to gather customer feedback and monitor competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to implement business development strategies.
- Organize product demonstrations, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
- Submit regular market intelligence and activity reports to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Bath Fittings, Faucets, Sanitary Ware, CP Fittings, Tiles, Building Materials, or related industries.
- Strong product knowledge of faucets, sanitary ware, and bathroom solutions is mandatory.
- Experience in dealer engagement, branding activities, plumber meets, and market development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong networking ability and local market understanding.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing will be preferred.

- Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
- Candidates serving a notice period of up to 15 days may also be considered.
