Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Department: Maintenance
Experience: 1 to 8 Years
Responsibility:-
- Monitor and update electrical safety points and related records.
- Conduct monthly internal surveys and maintain work completion records.
- Plan and allocate manpower for efficient execution of maintenance activities.
- Maintain and update motor rewinding and VFD repair reports.
- Maintain and update the VFD and standby equipment lists.
- Maintain fire extinguisher records and ensure timely updates.
- Monitor electrical readings on a daily basis and ensure readings are within acceptable limits.
- Maintain records of electrical spare parts such as heaters, thermocouples, solenoid valves and PID controllers.
- Conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) for equipment failures and recurring problems.
- Monitor and execute new machine installations, modifications and related electrical/instrumentation work within the given timeline.
- Troubleshoot and maintain electrical and instrumentation systems.
Technical Skills & Experience:-
- Experience in VFD programming and troubleshooting of different makes and types.
- Hands-on experience in PLC troubleshooting of different makes and types.
- Good knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, including power, control and instrumentation.
- Ability to develop and design electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
