We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Developer to join our in-house technology team. The primary responsibility will be to develop, maintain, and enhance our custom CRM platform, automate business processes, build internal tools, and support the company’s digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve the company’s in-house CRM system.
- Build new modules, dashboards, reports, and automation workflows.
- Integrate third-party APIs (WhatsApp, Telephony, Payment Gateways, Marketing Tools, etc.).
- Optimize CRM performance, security, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot bugs, technical issues, and system bottlenecks.
- Create role-based access controls and data security mechanisms.
- Develop web applications and internal business tools.
- Work closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Management teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
- Manage database architecture, backups, and system reliability.
- Maintain proper documentation of all developments and deployments.
- Suggest and implement AI and automation solutions to improve productivity.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in React.js / Next.js
- Strong experience in Node.js / Express.js
- Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- API Development & Integration
- Git Version Control
- Cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean, or similar)
- Understanding of security best practices and data protection
Preferred Skills
- Experience building CRM, ERP, or SaaS products.
- Experience with AI integrations (OpenAI, automation tools, chatbots).
- Knowledge of WhatsApp APIs, IVR systems, and CRM workflows.
- Experience with reporting dashboards and analytics.
- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualification
- B.Tech / BCA / MCA / Computer Science Graduate.
- Relevant experience preferred over degree.
- 2–6 years experience in Full Stack Development.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
