Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Architectural BIM Modeler to develop, coordinate, and maintain architectural BIM models throughout project lifecycles. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Revit-based modeling, architectural detailing, rendering, and shop drawing production while ensuring compliance with BIM standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Architectural BIM models from LOD 400 to LOD 500.
- Create detailed architectural shop drawings including plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and detailing sheets.
- Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations for client presentations and design reviews.
- Participate in multidisciplinary BIM coordination meetings.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues with Structural and MEP teams.
- Ensure model quality and compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Update models based on design revisions and site feedback.
- Support QA/QC processes and model audits.
- Maintain BIM documentation and project standards.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Revit Architecture.
- Experience with Navisworks Manage.
- Knowledge of Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, or similar rendering software.
- Understanding of architectural materials, finishes, and construction detailing.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and LOD 350–500 requirements.
- Ability to generate detailed shop drawings and construction documentation.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala (Kochi): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
