Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
- Draft and post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through portals, references, databases, and networking.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with management and candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening and candidate assessments.
- Maintain a recruitment tracker and candidate database.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding process for new employees.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
- Assist in employer branding and hiring-related activities.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and hiring process.
- Ability to evaluate candidate profiles effectively.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Eligibility
- Graduate in HR, Management, Commerce, or related fields.
- Prior recruitment or HR experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and interest in recruitment can also apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
