Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Recruiter to support our talent acquisition activities. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience and be passionate about identifying, attracting, and hiring quality talent. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and supporting the overall hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
- Support HR team members with recruitment-related administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate screening techniques.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
