Position: Billing cum Accounts Staff
Department: Accounts & Administration
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and generate invoices, bills, and delivery-related documents.
- Maintain daily sales and purchase entries in accounting software.
- Handle cash, bank, and voucher entries accurately.
- Verify bills, invoices, and payment records.
- Follow up on customer outstanding payments and account statements.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
- Assist in GST-related documentation and basic accounting activities.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and management teams for billing support.
- Prepare daily and monthly billing reports.
- Ensure accuracy in billing and accounts records.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of accounting and billing procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle records confidentially and accurately.
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree in Commerce or related field.
- Experience in billing or accounts will be preferred.
