About Us
Pradeep Deshmukh Architects (PDA) is an architectural and planning consultancy involved in residential, commercial, hospitality, and development projects. We are looking for a motivated Architectural Draughtsman who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a wide range of architectural and municipal approval projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
- Assist in preparing Municipal Submission and Approval Drawings.
- Draft floor plans, elevations, sections, layout plans, and area statements.
- Coordinate with architects and team members for project documentation and drawing revisions.
- Update drawings as per design changes and project requirements.
- Maintain organized project records and drawing documentation.
- Learn and work on approval-related drawings and development regulations under the guidance of senior architects.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an architectural, structural, or construction firm preferred.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D software will be an advantage.
- Understanding of building drawings and construction methods.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Interest in learning Municipal Approval Drawings, Building Permission Drawings, and development regulations.
