About the Role
We are hiring a Sales / Business Development Manager to build our food tech merchant, partner, and customer pipeline before market launch.
This person will identify and sign catering companies, aviation service providers, restaurants, cloud kitchens, FBOs, private aviation operators, brokers, and other relevant partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage the sales pipeline for merchants and strategic partners.
- Identify catering companies, aviation food suppliers, restaurants, cloud kitchens, FBOs, brokers, and operators.
- Run outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, referrals, and industry networks.
- Book demos and present the platforms value proposition.
- Negotiate commercial terms, onboarding timelines, and launch participation.
- Work with operations to hand over signed merchants for onboarding.
- Maintain CRM records and sales activity reports.
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
- Support launch partnerships and early customer acquisition.
Required Experience
- 4–7 years in B2B sales, SaaS sales, foodtech sales, marketplace partnerships, restaurant tech, cloud kitchen partnerships, logistics tech, or hospitality tech.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to sell a new product in an early-stage environment.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, pipeline tracking, and structured reporting.
- Strong network-building ability.
Preferred Background
- Experience at Delivery Hero, Talabat, Noon Food, Kitopi, Careem, Foodics, Toast, UrbanPiper, Zomato, Deliveroo, or similar food tech platforms.
- Experience selling to restaurants, catering companies, cloud kitchens, hotels, aviation companies, or enterprise food service operators.
- UAE/GCC foodtech or aviation network is a strong advantage.
Starting Salary as advertised - plus bonus and performance related pay
Pay: From ₹55,000.00 per month
