Apollo Pharmacy is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and accurate dispensing of medications, maintaining regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role is integral to supporting patient health outcomes while ensuring smooth day-to-day pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medications in accordance with established pharmacy standards and legal requirements.
- Review prescriptions for completeness, dosage accuracy, potential drug interactions, and contraindications.
- Educate customers on medication usage, dosage instructions, possible side effects, storage requirements, and other relevant healthcare information.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable pharmaceutical regulations, company policies, and professional standards.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, billing transactions, and inventory movements.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure proper storage and handling of medicines.
- Track product expiry dates and facilitate timely removal or replacement of expired stock.
- Liaise with prescribing doctors and healthcare professionals to resolve prescription-related queries when necessary.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the pharmacy premises.
- Support health awareness initiatives, wellness programs, vaccination drives, and community healthcare activities as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the respective State Pharmacy Council (mandatory for Pharmacist roles).
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in a retail pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, or healthcare setting will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
