- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and engagement activities
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Support performance appraisal and employee development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and HR strategies
