About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to become the relationship owner for our clinic. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture prospective and existing clients, build long-term relationships, and ensure a consistent flow of appointments and walk-ins for our doctors and consultants.
You will manage the complete client journey—from the first enquiry to the clinic visit—while delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a secondary responsibility, you will support basic clinic operations by helping maintain stock and operational hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.- Manage all enquiries received through calls, website, social media, walk-ins, referrals, WhatsApp, and marketing campaigns.
- Convert enquiries into clinic appointments and maximize lead-to-visit conversions.
- Ensure every lead receives timely attention and that no enquiry remains unattended.
- Coordinate tele-consultations with doctors or the Branch Manager whenever required.
- Follow up with missed appointments, inactive clients, and existing clients to generate repeat visits and consultations.
- Identify opportunities for package renewals, cross-selling, and upselling based on client needs.
- Maintain accurate client records, follow-up remarks, and lead status in the CRM (SalesMax, Zenoti, or similar software).
- Confirm appointments, minimize no-shows through reminder calls, and provide professional guidance on treatments, services, pricing, and offers.
- Collaborate closely with doctors, consultants, and the Branch Manager to achieve clinic revenue and consultation targets.
- Generate daily and weekly reports on lead management, appointments, and conversions.
- Support clinic operations by maintaining stock records, monitoring inventory, ensuring operational hygiene, and keeping the clinic customer-ready.
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in Regional Language, Hindi and English.- Strong relationship-building, persuasion, and customer service skills.
- Experience in inside sales, telecalling, CRM, customer relationship management, or healthcare sales is preferred.
- Comfortable using CRM software.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
- Positive, target-oriented, and passionate about helping customers.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment.
