Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible site visit for showing properties, for managing client relationships, conducting property presentations, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert a qualify leads through various different properties pitch.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential properties.
- Conduct site visits, property tours, and project presentations for prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and sales agreements with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as CRM, marketing, legal, and finance for smooth transaction processing.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and property inventory.
- Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and documentation from customers.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and MIS updates to management.
- Mentor and support junior sales executives when required.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in real estate sales and target achievement.
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of residential real estate markets.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and close high-value deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1-5 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Experience in residential apartment, villa, plotted development, or property sales is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strongcommunication in english.
- Existing network of brokers, channel partners, and potential buyers.
- Excellent presentation and closing skills.
- Having a vehicle and laptop is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
