We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented System Administrator to oversee the daily IT operations within our office environment. This role is critical to ensuring seamless technology performance across the organization, supporting employee productivity through reliable technical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will manage hardware and software deployments, maintain system security, provide timely user support, and uphold IT best practices. By proactively monitoring systems and resolving issues, this professional will help maintain a stable, efficient, and secure IT environment that aligns with company goals and operational needs.

Install, configure, and deploy desktop and laptop computers.

Set up and maintain printers, scanners, and other peripheral office devices.

Create, manage, and troubleshoot user accounts and email accounts.

Install, update, and manage software applications across the organization.

Diagnose and resolve common hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.

Monitor internet performance and coordinate with service providers as needed.

Ensure antivirus protection is active and conduct regular system updates.

Perform routine backups of critical office data and verify backup integrity.

Deliver responsive technical support to employees across departments.

Maintain an accurate inventory of IT equipment and related documentation.

Liaise with external vendors for repairs, upgrades, and procurement.

Enforce company IT policies and implement foundational security measures.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in desktop support or system administration.

Proficiency with Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11).

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 suite.

Understanding of basic networking concepts, including LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and provide timely support to end users.

Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 administration.
