Job Summary:
The HR Operations Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, employee documentation, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee record management. The role ensures smooth HR operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations.
- Coordinate background verification and employee file management.
- Support recruitment activities and joining formalities.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS data.
- Assist in employee engagement and performance management activities.
- Assist in the recruitment process.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes and labour compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
