We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with Hand on experience in managing online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, catalog management, inventory coordination, order processing, and sales performance monitoring across leading e-commerce platforms such as Myntra, Nykaa, AJIO, Amazon, and Flipkart.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of online marketplaces including Myntra, Nykaa, AJIO, Amazon, and Flipkart.
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings and catalogs.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates across platforms.
- Process orders, returns, cancellations, and customer-related issues.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers for issue resolution and growth opportunities.
- Track sales performance, product visibility, and conversion rates.
- Execute platform promotions, deals, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure catalog accuracy, pricing updates, and content compliance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze marketplace trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
