We are looking for a detail-oriented SHEIN Product Lister who has experience in listing fashion/apparel products on the SHEIN marketplace. The ideal candidate should understand product uploads, SKU management, pricing updates, and marketplace guidelines.
If you have worked with international fashion marketplaces and have strong attention to detail, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and manage product listings on SHEIN Seller Panel
- Create accurate product titles, descriptions, and specifications
- Manage SKUs, variations (size, color), pricing & inventory
- Ensure listings follow SHEIN marketplace guidelines
- Optimize product content for visibility
- Coordinate with design & catalog team for images
- Update stock and pricing regularly
- Monitor listing errors and resolve issues
- Maintain Excel sheets for product data tracking
Required Skills:
- Experience listing products on SHEIN marketplace
- Knowledge of fashion/apparel catalog management
- Strong Excel skills
- Good understanding of SKU structuring
- Attention to detail
- Basic understanding of international marketplace standards
- Good communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
- Knowledge of product optimization
- Basic understanding of SEO for product listings
