Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Trainer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact training programs aimed at enhancing the performance and effectiveness of our sales team. This role plays a critical part in driving sales excellence and aligning learning initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for onboarding and upskilling sales staff. Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities.
Create engaging training materials including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content. Deliver training sessions through various formats such as workshops, seminars, and one-on one coaching.
Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Collaborate with sales leadership to align training content with organizational goals.
Stay updated on sales methodologies, market trends, and EdTech best practices. Provide ongoing support and coaching to reinforce learning and ensure skill application. Maintain detailed training records and prepare periodic training reports. Required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales training or a similar role.
Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and tools.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience of learners.
Proficiency in using training tools and platforms (e.g., PowerPoint, LMS, Zoom).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in the EdTech industry.
Certification in training or coaching (e.g., ATD, CPTD).
Knowledge of instructional design and familiarity with e-learning platforms.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
