We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive to drive demand generation and client acquisition for our cybersecurity services portfolio. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants to build expertise in a fast-growing, high-value domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads for cybersecurity services (SOC, VAPT, IAM, Cloud Security, MSSP)
- Reach out to prospects via physical visits, cold calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and referrals
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, IT Heads)
- Understand client requirements and position relevant security solutions
- Support proposal creation, presentations, and RFP responses
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track pipeline, conversions, and follow-ups, on MS Excel, MS Note..etc
- Collaborate with technical teams for solutioning and demos
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year experience in B2B sales / IT sales / inside sales
- Basic understanding of IT and/or cybersecurity (training/certification is a plus)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and lead generation
- Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and articulate value
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
