Equitance is a Guwahati-based firm dealing in unlisted and pre-IPO securities, wealth advisory and fintech (equitance.in). We're hiring two driven Sales Executives to acquire and manage HNI and affluent clients. Strong fixed salary plus uncapped commission — your earnings grow with your performance.
What you'll do:
- Acquire new HNI/affluent clients via networking, referrals, calls and meetings
- Build long-term client relationships and recommend suitable opportunities
- Explain unlisted, pre-IPO and listed-equity products clearly (no guaranteed-return claims)
- Meet and exceed monthly acquisition and revenue targets
- Maintain CRM/pipeline records and coordinate with operations for smooth execution
What we're looking for:
- 1–5 years in sales — financial services (insurance, MF, broking, banking), real estate or other high-value sales preferred; sharp freshers with strong drive welcome
- Excellent communication and persuasion in Assamese, Hindi and English
- Resilience, target orientation, comfort with affluent clients
- Willingness to obtain NISM certification within 6 months (exam cost borne by us on a pass)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
