The Reality of This Role (Please Read Carefully):
If you are looking for a standard internship where you sit at a desk for 8 hours just to get a basic participation certificate, this is not for you. We do not track your screen. We do not count your hours. We focus purely on results. Your
job is to act as the market research engine for our company. You will identify local
businesses across India that are losing revenue and actively need our technology to grow.
What You Will Actually Do (Daily Tasks):
- Client Sourcing: You will use Google Maps and digital directories to find local businesses (Clinics, Real Estate, Gyms) in specific Indian cities.
- Quality Qualification: You will not select every business. You will specifically identify businesses with 3.0 to 4.2 stars—these are the owners who have the budget but are losing customers due to slow, manual replies.
- Database Management: You will accurately log these qualified prospects into our central company database.
- Dynamic Link Generation: You will create highly personalized strategy links for each business. Our sales team will use these exact links to present custom solutions and close the deal.
Your Journey (Day 1 to End of Internship) Day 1 (The Strategy Blueprint):
- You will be added to the Trellent Operations Hub. You will learn the exact market research processes that top tech companies use to find premium clients.
- Daily Routine (The Freedom Rule): You will be given a specific daily target of businesses to find. If you are focused and hit your target in 2 hours, your workday is over. You are free to log off and enjoy your day. We do not micro-manage.
- Weekends (Strictly Off): Saturday and Sunday are completely off. No work discussions, no company messages. We respect your personal time and mental focus.
- Month 1 to 3 (Skill Scaling): As you get faster and smarter at analyzing the market, your daily targets will gradually increase. You will learn how to read business data like a true professional.
- End of Internship (The Core Team): Top performers who consistently hit their targets will be elevated to our Core Team. You will receive an Official Letter of Recommendation (highly valued by future employers), an MSME Verified Certificate, and a direct interview for a permanent, paid Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).
