Position Summary
The Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO) is responsible for driving the organization's technology vision, digital transformation strategy, AI initiatives, and product innovation. The role will lead the development and enhancement of the company's healthcare platform and mobile applications while ensuring technology aligns with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
The CTPO will oversee technology, engineering, AI implementation, product development, UI/UX, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and cross-functional teams. The role requires close collaboration with clinical stakeholders, hospital partners, product teams, and business leaders to build scalable digital healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities1. Technology Strategy & Digital Transformation
- Develop and execute the organization's technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across all business units and operational clusters.
- Drive modernization of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, integrations, and digital ecosystems.
- Establish technology governance, architecture standards, and best practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and patient experience.
2. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategy
- Develop and execute the organization's AI strategy.
- Identify opportunities for AI adoption across healthcare operations, patient engagement, diagnostics, analytics, and automation.
- Collaborate with clinical and product teams to develop AI-enabled healthcare solutions.
- Ensure ethical, secure, and compliant AI implementation.
- Build AI governance frameworks and performance measurement systems.
3. Product Strategy & Development
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for all digital platforms and healthcare applications.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and release strategy.
- Prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market needs, and business objectives.
- Work closely with Engineering, UI/UX, Clinical, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Drive innovation through continuous product enhancement.
4. Mobile App & Platform Development
- Lead the design and development of scalable web and mobile healthcare applications.
- Ensure intuitive, user-centric application interfaces.
- Improve user experience (UX) and interface design (UI).
- Monitor application performance, security, scalability, and availability.
- Oversee integration with hospitals, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, insurance providers, and third-party healthcare systems.
5. Engineering & Technology Management
- Lead Software Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and IT Support teams.
- Build high-performing technology teams.
- Establish Agile development methodologies and DevSecOps practices.
- Ensure timely delivery of technology projects within budget.
- Manage technology vendors, outsourcing partners, and consultants.
6. Healthcare Technology & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and data privacy requirements.
- Oversee implementation of secure health information systems.
- Maintain high standards of cybersecurity and patient data protection.
- Collaborate with hospitals and healthcare providers to optimize digital workflows.
- Ensure interoperability with healthcare systems where required.
7. IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity
- Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure including cloud, networks, databases, and servers.
- Develop cybersecurity strategies and disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure business continuity and high system availability.
- Implement IT governance, monitoring, and risk management frameworks.
8. Leadership & People Management
- Lead and mentor cross-functional technology and product teams.
- Build a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

9. Cluster & Multi-location Operations
- Provide technology leadership across multiple business clusters and regional operations.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
