- Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operation of equipment, machinery, or facilities.
- Equipment Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, or facilities to identify any maintenance needs, repair issues, or potential hazards.
- Repairs and Troubleshooting: Coordinate and perform repairs, maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting activities to address equipment breakdowns, malfunctions, or failures.
- Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime, extend equipment lifespan, and reduce repair costs. This includes conducting routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, calibration, and component replacements.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment necessary for maintenance and repairs. Ensure an adequate supply of critical components and coordinate with procurement teams for timely replenishment.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff or technicians, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment maintenance history, and repairs performed. Generate reports on maintenance performance, equipment reliability, and budget utilization.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies during maintenance activities. Conduct safety inspections, promote safety awareness, and initiate corrective actions to mitigate potential risks.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist in the development and management of the maintenance budget. Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource allocation to achieve maintenance objectives within budgetary constraints.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes, procedures, or equipment reliability. Propose and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and increase overall maintenance effectiveness.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
