We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established clinical standards. The Staff Nurse will assess patient needs, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition, reporting significant changes promptly.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.
- Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and medical emergencies.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control protocols.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal nursing standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide basic and advanced life support when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of medical equipment and patient care areas.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Diploma, B.Sc. Nursing, or GNM from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration/license with the appropriate Nursing Council.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is an advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply, depending on organizational requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
