We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Branding Manager to build, manage, and elevate the brand presence of our company across India. The role will be responsible for developing a strong brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, and positioning the company as a trusted and premium player in the pipes & fittings industry (similar to top brands in the segment).
The candidate must have a deep understanding of brand storytelling, visual identity, consumer psychology, and channel-driven branding in a B2B + B2C hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop long-term brand strategy aligned with company growth vision
- Define brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice, and value proposition
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all business verticals
- Benchmark with industry leaders and continuously refine positioning
2. Visual Identity & Communication
- Own and manage complete brand guidelines (logo usage, color palette, typography, etc.)
- Oversee design of all marketing materials:
- Product catalogs, brochures, packaging
- Dealer boards, shop branding, hoardings
- Corporate presentations and stationery
- Maintain consistency in visual communication across online & offline platforms
3. Product & Segment Branding
- Create unique branding strategies for each product category:
- CPVC, UPVC, SWR, HDPE, Water Tanks, etc.
- Develop naming, packaging, and positioning for new products
- Ensure differentiation in a competitive and price-sensitive market
4. Dealer, Retail & Influencer Branding
- Develop strong retail visibility programs (shop branding, glow sign boards, display units)
- Conceptualize branding for dealer networks across regions
- Design and implement plumber/influencer branding strategies:
- Loyalty programs
- Merchandise (T-shirts, kits, branding tools)
- Recognition programs
5. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute 360° branding campaigns:
- ATL (Hoardings, Print Ads)
- BTL (Dealer meets, site activations)
- Digital campaigns (Social Media, YouTube, Performance Ads)
- Coordinate with agencies for campaign execution
- Ensure brand consistency in all campaigns
6. Digital Brand Presence
- Build and manage strong digital identity across platforms
- Oversee social media content strategy (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Ensure brand storytelling through reels, videos, and educational content
- Monitor brand perception online and manage reputation
7. Events, Exhibitions & Activations
- Plan branding at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events
- Design exhibition stalls, banners, and brand collaterals
- Execute on-ground brand activation campaigns in key markets
8. Market Research & Brand Insights
- Conduct brand perception studies and customer feedback analysis
- Monitor competitor branding strategies and campaigns
- Track industry trends and suggest improvements
9. Internal Branding
- Ensure brand consistency across internal communication
- Build brand culture within the organization
- Standardize templates, presentations, and internal materials
10. Vendor & Agency Management
- Manage creative agencies, printers, digital partners, and branding vendors
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of all branding materials
- Optimize cost while maintaining premium brand standards

Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing / Branding (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or related field
Experience Required
- 5–8 years in branding / marketing roles
- Experience in pipes, building materials, FMCG, or infrastructure sector preferred
- Proven track record of building and scaling a brand
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,072.78 - ₹50,000.00 per month
