- Plan complete travel itineraries including transportation, accommodation, meals, activities, and sightseeing.
- Tailor packages for different groups (e.g., adventure, luxury, cultural, family).
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, local guides, transport providers, and other vendors to get the best rates and services.
- Calculate costs and set pricing for packages.
- Make and manage bookings for all aspects of the tour (flights, hotels, excursions, etc.).
- Confirm reservations and manage changes or cancellations.
- Develop detailed day-by-day itineraries.
- Provide pre-trip advice and support.
- Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after the trip.
- Oversee tour execution and coordinate with local staff or guides.
- Monitor service quality and traveler feedback.
- Provide clear terms and emergency contact plans.
- Analyze tourism trends and customer preferences to develop appealing packages.
- Promote tours via websites, social media, brochures, and travel fairs.
