Technical Product Manager
About the Role
Salpido is seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Product Manager to lead the complete product lifecycle—from concept and development to launch and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that meet customer and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development from concept, design, and prototyping to commercial launch.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new product opportunities.
- Define product vision, specifications, technical requirements, and product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with OEMs, suppliers, R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams throughout product development.
- Ensure product quality through testing, validation, regulatory compliance, and performance evaluation.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including product enhancements, upgrades, and phase-outs.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements.
- Prepare product documentation, technical presentations, and training materials.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and lifecycle management.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with product management tools is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of product design, manufacturing, and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor products.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a technology, electronics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
